Invoice-Generator.com has been online since 2012 (its footer is dated 2012-2026) and says it is trusted by over 4 million users. The core flow is simple: fill in one page and download a PDF, with no account.
It covers more ground than we do in several places:
- More document types. Purchase orders, sales orders, work orders, packing slips, timesheets and account statements, on top of invoices, quotes and receipts.
- Languages and currencies. The interface comes in 16 languages and the currency list has 179 entries.
- Free sending and payments. A free account lets you email invoices and take card and bank payments, and its sign-up prompt lists automatic reminders.
- A developer API. 100 free invoices a month, PDF or UBL e-invoice output and an OpenAPI spec. We don't offer an API.
Where invoicegenerators.net is different
Privacy by design. Without an account, your invoice never leaves your browser: we store it on your device and render the PDF there. Invoice-Generator.com also saves invoices in your browser, but its Download button sends the invoice data to its server to create the PDF. Its help page says it keeps no copies of downloaded invoices.
No ads. Invoice-Generator.com's privacy policy says its advertising is managed by Playwire LLC and that it and its partners use cookies to analyze trends and track users' movements around the site. We run no ads and use cookieless analytics, so there is no cookie banner.
